Hello all that visit my site. I wish you all a great holiday. I have been keeping busy teaching the acting class. I really enjoy teaching it. To see beginner student slowly start to progress, is satisfying. I have recently updated my reel and have made the switch to DVD frim VHS. I am very glad I swithed for obvious reasons. I also have plans in the works for shooting a film in the spring. The film will be about life in the Bronx.+ 4 - 4 | § ¶Teaching Acting Class
I have recently started teaching an acting class. The class meets every Tuesday evening at 730:pm. The reason I started the class was for several reasons. First reason is I love a challenge. Secondly I was taught by a great teacher in Gene Frankel and I want to bring what I learned from him to others. Gene felt that acting should be required learning for all and I agree. This past week I had a callback for the Sopranos. It was a good scene with Tony Soprano. Unfortunatly I didnt get the part. It was down to me and two other actors. I was pleased with the Rescue me spot .My ass check out as I was leaving worked well I thought. I find myself wanting more when I do these day player roles. After hanging out and working for a day on a T.V. show I have an urge to report the next day like a series regular. I look forward to the day that is true. I booked a role on the Dennis Leary show Rescue Me. I play a UPS delivery guy. I worked on it this past Thursday in Brooklyn. Its a couple of lines, But it may be funny. The three shows which I was up for were Law And Order Criminal Intent, Law And Order Trial By Jury, and Third Watch. I cannot join you in your boycott Fish. If I did that would leave only three other shows that film in New York.lol. Saw JAM at Seb's last nite and Jim Fulgioni was amazing as always. Looks like Illinois is the only Final Four team I picked right. I like them to beat North Carolina.+ 3 - 7 | § ¶Final Four Prediction
Hi allI have been busy auditioning lately. I have been up for three T.V. shows in the past few weeks with no luck. I must admit its a bit dissapointing, but you learn from each experience. I did however make it to the producers session each time(final cut). My prediction for this years Final Four is West Virginia, Illnois, Florida, and Vermont. With Florida beating West Virginia in the Championship. Joe Diaz, table for four please.
